While trying to figure out how I could draw on my dsi and save what I do, I came across this and it worked. So I decided to make a video of it to show others. There's not really much to say, you can figure it out just by watching the video. (In fact, nearly no text was needed) Basically, take a picture or an existing picture and choose to Edit it. Pick the "Graffiti" option from the menu, clear whatever comes up, then take the Coloring tool and pick white (or whatever color you want). Blank the picture out, just like I do. Press the Y button to make it Full Screen so you can get it all. Be careful, the edges sometimes don't respond so you may have to go over it several times to get all the pixels. Once done, tap "Complete". It'll save it and then you can draw! You can then do just about anything you want! I chose to do it directly onto the SD card in the video by tapping "SD Card" in the upper-right corner of the dsi Camera Main Menu before I got started. If you didn't do that and instead saved it to the dsi's memory, you'll have to manually copy it over, which I explain at the end of the video. To do this, go to the dsi Camera Main Menu and tap "Other". Then "Copy" and then "From dsi to SD Card". You can then either copy everything, copy only things you've marked, or copy things individually. Pick one, then copy it. Then take <b>...</b> |
